All products sold at Monsieurgolf contractually guaranteed by the manufacturers / suppliers of these products. The underwriting agreement is concluded between the customer and the manufacturer / supplier by the act of purchase, the purchase invoice and / or warranty card manufacturer / supplier authentic.

The duration of this warranty and contractual requirements of applications vary according to suppliers: the customer must make sure to read and keep the warranty card / invoice that is in the packaging of its product. For guidance, most products are guaranteed for 1 year minimum, 2 years maximum.

Until the product is under the contractual warranty, the customer has a problem that must inform priority Monsieurgolf who will inform the procedure to be adopted depending on the case because the products are to be referred to centers approved manufacturers, either directly or through means of the selling company. Where is the contact Monsieurgolf final customer, the company strives to find a solution to the customer with the relevant approved center. Nevertheless, Monsieurgolf provide only the interface between the client and the licensed facility, the company can not be held responsible for a negative opinion of the recycling facility.

Indeed, the products sent to the centers are accredited for expertise that is found in the implementation of the security or at the termination of this guarantee (collision, oxidation etc.).. The termination of the guarantee is formalized by an estimate that only indicates whether the repair can be done under the contract guarantee. This estimate is subject to the customer for acceptance or refusal.

If the expert concludes that the problem of the product is repaired under warranty, the customer does not pay repair costs. Alone are charged to the customer shipping costs to repair.

The quotation denouncing the contractual guarantee has always a cost to the client:
- If the customer accepts the estimate, the cost thereof is included in the price of repair that will take center approved
- If the client refuses, he must pay the expertise that has been made by the approved center (« preparation costs ») and return shipping fees. The amount of expertise is often flat. It is set by the approved center concerned.

Finally, the repair time varies according to approved centers.

The customer benefits from the statutory warranty set out in Article L211-1 of the Consumer Code which contains articles from 1641 to 1648 of the Civil Code.
To recall this guarantee shall be payable by the seller under 4 conditions:
- That the defect is hidden
- It predates the contract of sale
- It is important to the extent that the client would not have bought that would have offered a lower price
- Whether the action is brought within a short time from the discovery of the defect
